The Dalrymple Landcare Committee (DLC) have led the way experimenting with the use of the Place Stories to document and promote successful local environment management strategies being delivered through the SPIRAL Project - Strategic Partnership Incentives for Revitalising Active Landcare. The DLC have also begun to experiment with stories documenting the history of the Landcare groups and initiatives in the region. In 2007 this project will engage with a wider range of local natural resource management groups and agencies, to more fully test and evaluate the potential of the Place Stories software, with an eye to a state-wide roll-out in the future.
